A Texas A&M graduate with a degree in Construction Science, Logan is passionate about refining the building process and building lasting relationships within the community. Outside of work, he’s a proud family man, sharing life with his wonderful wife Mandy and their four children. Meet Teresa Smith, our incredible Office Manager at Cross Custom Homes since 2017! With a degree in accounting, she plays a vital role behind the scenes, assisting project managers with invoicing, accounts payable, and compliance. Known for her vibrant personality and light sense of humor, Teresa keeps work on track while making the office a brighter place to be. Being part of Cross Custom Homes’ growing team is a professional achievement she’s proud of, and she enjoys contributing to its continued success. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, two wonderful daughters and son-in-laws, and volunteers in her church's preschool class.

With over 34 years of experience in the building and real estate industry, Christine has a deep understanding of the home buying process. Her commitment to staying current with market trends, new developments, and the DFW forecast allows her to provide invaluable insights to clients and colleagues alike, reinforcing her commitment to helping you turn your dream home visions into reality. Christine's dedication to helping others shines through in her ability to build positive relationships, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending quality moments with her husband and family.

Meet Sarah Hughes, our esteemed Interior Designer at Cross Custom Homes! With 25 years of experience and a Bachelor of Interior Design from Texas Tech University, Sarah brings her passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces to every project. From concept to completion, she expertly guides our clients through the design process, staying on top of the latest trends to ensure each home reflects their unique vision. Sarah finds great fulfillment in turning ideas into reality, making each home a true masterpiece. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children

Meet John Davic, one of our expert Project Managers at Cross Custom Homes with over 25 years of experience in custom home building and remodeling. Building custom homes in Texas is a dream come true for John, as he brings his passion for quality craftsmanship and dedication to excellence to every project. Always eager to learn and improve, he ensures a smooth and calm build process for his clients. In his spare time, John enjoys martial arts, restoring vintage cars, and spending time with his wonderful wife and their four amazing children.

Meet Jared Brittain, our seasoned project manager at Cross Custom Homes known for providing clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and attentive oversight throughout the build.  Jared Brittain brings more than 15 years of experience in new home construction, with a passion for creating high-quality homes and delivering exceptional experiences for homeowners. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to building homes that meet the unique needs of each family.

A dedicated family man, Jared is married to his wife, Paige, and together they are raising their two children, Emerson and Ford. Family is at the center of everything he does, both personally and professionally, giving him a unique understanding of what homeowners value most in a new home.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He is also actively involved in his community, helping coach his son’s youth sports teams and supporting young athletes as they develop confidence, teamwork, and character.

Jared’s combination of industry expertise, family-focused values, and commitment to service allows him to help families confidently navigate the homebuilding journey and achieve their dream of homeownership.

Meet Michael Rojas, our skilled Project Coordinator at Cross Custom Homes! Growing up in North Texas, Michael began his career as a ranch hand on his family ranch, where he developed a sense of pride in completing projects from the ground up. With a degree from Texas State University, he brings exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Michael is dedicated to delivering quality results on time and within budget while prioritizing clear communication and collaboration to ensure each client’s vision is realized throughout the building process. Working in residential construction allows him to forge lasting relationships with customers, which he truly values. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
