Working mostly with John on the construction details throughout, he always was there, always ensured steady progress, always made sure things were done right, was always responsive, and always handled any changes clearly and thoroughly. John showed his wealth of experience during the process and helped us more that we'll know, I'm sure. Thank you John for taking care of us and ensuring we received a quality home. We also worked closely with Sarah on the design details. She understood our vision and really brought it to life through the design process. Her expertise in the selections and colors and small details really came together to make our house a home for us. Sarah always guided us to the right choice in the process and was always on target. We still can't believe it - we feel like we're living in a vacation home every day. Because of this amazing team, we now have a home we absolutely love - one where we can make lasting memories with our family and grandchildren. We had an exceptional experience with Logan and Cross Custom Homes building our retirement home in Decatur, Texas. If you want a builder who is well versed in building in the rural setting, extremely ethical, attentive to detail and offers fair pricing, I highly recommend Cross Custom Homes. Logan has a solid team with Christine handling the administrative tasks with professionalism, Fernando helping with some of the build process details, and Sarah handling design support throughout the build. Above all, our project manager, John Davic, was amazing! He was always quick to respond to any text or phone call when we needed answers or help getting something resolved. He handled all aspects of our project with calmness, professionalism, knowledge, and a great sense of humor. After closing, his response time and follow-up continue to be as quick. John's personal experience as a carpenter, long tenure in home building,g and fluency in Spanish makes him uniquely equipped as a construction project manager. The entire team was amazing. From our first contact to the final closing. We have high expectations and Cross delivered across the board. We initially met with the owner, Logan. He instantly gave us a good feeling. We had already met with other builders and when we met with Logan it was a "when you know, you know" situation. Once we selected Cross, our PM, Fernando was great. He LISTENED to our wants and at times (due to his expertise) suggested alternate options or better ways of doing something along with the reasons why. Fernando got a much-deserved promotion and we got to work with Mike. Also great. Any of our concerns were listened to and addressed at the appropriate time. We did not hear, hurry up and close we will fix it later. With any big decision, before selecting Cross, we reached out to previous customers. We wanted to know how Cross addressed issues (we all know they will happen). We had heard horror stories about other builders. Everyone we spoke with said issues before during and after closing were addressed timely and professionally. That was important to us. Almost 9 months later and all we have to say is positive about our experience and our home. The Cross Custom Homes experience was a premium experience from my first phone call to Logan and continues after we
moved in a week ago.

My wife was initially concerned about colors, floors, countertops, tiles, paint, etc I am sure it is a concern of many that are building a home, however Cross Custom Home provided a designing rock star Sarah Hughes that worked hand in hand with us and we couldn't be happier.

Our Project Manager John Davic surpassed the definition of service and efficiency to a whole new level that I never thought possible.

What I liked the most was the transparent and direct communication with incredible response times that had me completely at ease throughout the process. The modern tools and visibility to schedules, procurement and timelines provided a real time update and accuracy within 24 hrs.

We've just completed our dream home with Cross Custom Homes and we could not be happier. This company has been completely transparent from beginning to end. From the initial meeting, through the entire building process, and all the way to move in and even beyond, they have been responsive and on top of it all! They made me feel like I was the only client in the world. A special mention goes out to Michael, our project manager, for being an absolute professional. He even designed, sourced the material, and worked directly with a carpenter to surprise us with the most beautiful interior barn doors I could have imagined. Cross Custom homes lead by Logan Cross and his team are really great folks to work with. Communication was often and frequent by all members of their team and their desire to ensure they built an amazing home for our family was unmatched. Michael, our project supervisor, communicated with us throughout the entire process and was very knowledgeable and professional. The use of their interior designer, Sarah, was also great to work with and helped us get all the selections to the finish line as well as provided great ideas. Logan has definitely instilled great values in his employees to ensure you love your newly built home. I also can't leave out Fernando... Fernando's experience in building and quality control was great and a pleasure to work with. If you are building where Cross Custom Homes builds, it is worth a call and meeting.

Cross built our home in Santo Texas.  We absolutely love it.  It's the small details that really stand out.  The craftmanship and the workers were a delight to deal with.  I understand why others have chosen them as well out here.  Highly recommend!
